LiberGrid Autonomous Growth Plan

Objective:
Grow useful compute nodes, keep the network healthy, and prepare public-chain settlement with minimal human intervention.

Node milestones:
- 10 nodes: Private alpha, off-chain credits only.
- 50 nodes: Public testnet, automatic testnet settlement allowed.
- 200 nodes: Settlement beta, daily testnet settlement and mainnet dry-runs.
- 1000 nodes: Mainnet readiness, capped mainnet payout queue with emergency pause.

OpenClaw runbook:
1. Every 10 minutes: GET https://libergrid.org/api/status
2. If activeNodes drops below 3: restart known worker services and report
3. If totalNodes reaches a milestone: execute the phase checklist that does not spend mainnet funds
4. If testnet settlement is enabled and credits increased: export ledger and create testnet settlement transaction
5. If mainnet settlement is requested: check hard caps, pause file, fraud score, and ledger backup before any transaction
6. If any step fails twice: stop automation for that step and publish a concise incident report

Mainnet rule:
Do not automate uncapped real-money payouts. Mainnet automation is allowed only after hard daily caps, fraud checks, backups, public settlement hash publication, and an emergency pause switch are live.
